Project X241 just got a planning permit (YAY) and we’re now doing the hard yards to bring the ideas into the real world. Exciting times! More images will pop up as the design develops.

  1. Heritage Overlay (City of Port Phillip) that requires retention of the existing Significant rated house front

  2. Awkward Site in a sharp triangular shape

  3. Dim South Facing Oulook
