An application has been submitted to the City of Port Phillip for: "Buildings and works including partial demolition and alterations to the Esplanade Hotel building" and "installation of a new 145sqm rooftop terrace".
Eager beavers can view the full set of documents (application no. 869/2015) on the council website HERE. The public advertising period closes 3rd October but they'll probably accept submissions until it goes before council. We'll be making a submission as part of a group - will post it here soon.
