Shutter House is the first cab off the rank bright and early in 2017. Mitty & Price Builders are on the job and they've finished demolition already. This is usually one of the fastest stages and one of my favourites. While it can sometimes be traumatic for the homeowner to see their home torn apart, it is also very exciting. Demo is the big blast of change that opens up views and spaces never experienced before and begins to show just how much difference the new work will make.
